It feels as thought we’ve been in this construction phase forever, but over the past month the process has sped up exponentially and we’re excited to share some of the latest results with you on the blog! Each day we have new deliveries made, machinery and electrical work finalized and elements of Mon Paris Patisserie’s decor put in place. You can imagine how excited we were to put up our giant Parisian mural (still a few bits to work out) and set up our bistro tables and chairs for our first customers! It won’t be long before our Espresso machine is busy grinding premium beans for hot beverages to accompany our authentic pastry, cakes and chocolates. Have a look at our full menu here. We will keep the shelves stocked with beautiful antique tea cups, plates and elegant chinaware for service. All the better for plating our cake and pastry creations (made using 100% Cacao Barry Chocolate). Mon Paris Patisserie will officially open before the end of January (hopefully by next week if all permits are okay).
The atmosphere of our patisserie and chocolaterie is one that will be quaint, cozy and laid-back with seating for about ten and a convenient location just off the main Skytrain line at Metrotown.
