With years of experience working at globally esteemed patisserie shops (including time at Dalloyau, the oldest pastry shop in France) Elena saw her career flourish. She presently spends time consulting, travelling around the world teaching and offering private pastry classes.

Unleash your inner pastry chef or hone your existing skills as you join Elena in her spacious 600 square foot open-concept kitchen for a hands-on experience.

Chef Elena will lead you through the intricacies of chocolate and pastry making as you learn how to create some of her exquisite and delicious pieces of edible art.

These intimate, half-day and full-day classes are 100% participatory and take place on the second Sunday of each month. Classes will offer students the chance to learn about Elena’s world-renowned pastry and chocolate techniques with half-day sessions featuring a more relaxed curriculum and full day geared to students and serious patisserie chefs looking to improve and learn new skills.

In order to ensure maximum benefit to her students, Elena prefers to maintain a small class size (maximum five persons).
